Operator
Demoloop is managed by Vantar Group LLC, Wyoming. We process personal information to provide and improve the Demoloop service.
What we collect
Demoloop processes account details, organization and surface configuration, uploaded product material, visitor email addresses, demo transcripts, interaction events, qualification signals, feedback, and video-call room metadata required to provide the service.
How we use data
We use this information to authenticate users, operate interactive demos, ground AI responses, show workspace analytics and call status, deliver configured handoffs, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
AI processing
Approved workspace knowledge and conversation context may be sent to configured AI providers to generate a demo response. Demoloop does not authorize the agent to make claims outside approved knowledge.
Camera, microphone, and video calls
Voice demos and expert video calls request browser permission before using a microphone or camera. Expert-call audio and video are sent peer-to-peer between participants and are not recorded by Demoloop. Demoloop stores room status and connection-signaling data so participants can establish and manage the call; access tokens are scoped to one room and expired rooms stop accepting new signaling.
Retention and control
Workspace owners can configure conversation retention, enable outbound transcript redaction, restrict widget domains, and delete stored conversations. Uploaded knowledge remains until the workspace owner removes or replaces it. Video-call room activity expires separately from stored demo conversations.
Service providers
We use infrastructure and service providers such as Vercel, Neon, Clerk, OpenAI, Stripe, network connectivity services, and customer-selected CRM or notification destinations. Each provider processes only the information needed for its role.
