Operator

Demoloop is managed by Vantar Group LLC, Wyoming. References to Demoloop, we, us, or our mean the Demoloop service operated under Vantar Group LLC unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Using Demoloop

You may use Demoloop to create and publish interactive product demonstrations for products and content you are authorized to represent. You are responsible for your workspace, invited users, approved claims, uploaded material, and destinations connected to your account.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to mislead visitors, impersonate another company, upload material you do not have rights to use, bypass security controls, distribute malware, or conduct unlawful surveillance or discrimination.

Customer content

You retain ownership of your product screenshots, documents, knowledge, and other uploaded content. You grant Demoloop permission to process that content solely to operate and improve the requested service.

AI output

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. You must review product claims before approval and should not use Demoloop as the sole source for legal, medical, financial, employment, or other high-impact decisions.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew according to the interval shown at checkout until canceled. Fees, allowances, and plan features shown during checkout govern the subscription. Taxes may apply.

Availability

We work to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the product develops, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
